The MI holds the distinction of  being the only GMS-development learning institute, founded by the 6 GMS Governments, offering standard and on-demand human resource development programs with focus on regional cooperation and transnational development issues.

In 2010, MI will be working with different partners and alliances to carry out 12 learning courses under its Professional Developemnt series.

We would like to extend our invitation to all government agencies, international organizational and private enterprises involved in the development and cooperation of the GMS to participate in MI 2010 Professional Development Series.
