China, Lao PDR, Myanmar, Vietnam, and Thailand will be conducted on October 5, 2021, as part of the “Targeted Poverty Alleviation for Better Life in the Lancang-Mekong Region: Sharing Experiences” project.
Supported by the Government of the People’s Republic of China, the workshop is the first of a series of activities to source tested policies, strategies, and interventions that will help reduce vulnerabilities and bridge social divides amidst a global health crisis.
Mekong Institute will convene government leaders and experts to pool innovative and integrated structural approaches encompassing a "whole-of-society" approach to strengthen longer-term socioeconomic strategies in the subregion.
