Mekong Institute (MI) will launch four online safe food courses in 2021 under its five-year PROSAFE project.
Supported by the New Zealand Aid Programme, these activities will be implemented in Cambodia, Lao PDR, Myanmar, and Vietnam (CLMV). The sessions will engage key actors from the public and private sectors in jointly establishing an integrated mechanism that will contribute to significant changes in food safety perception and practices in the region.
In line with these objectives, MI is inviting CLMV nationals to apply.
Due to COVID-19 health safety guidelines and travel restrictions, the training courses will be facilitated from the MI Headquarters in Khon Kaen, Thailand through digital platforms. MI and regional experts will deliver all sessions in English.
Selected participants are expected to develop and implement action plans in their respective home countries to demonstrate the knowledge and skills they gained from the courses. These action plans must be relevant to their organization’s priorities or the participant’s current work.
Interested applicants must submit the completed form on the specific deadline indicated in our banners. For other inquiries, kindly contact the following MI Country Coordinators:
