Objectives of the project

to design and deliver a modular training on “Training of Trainers (TOT) on Certified Logistics Master Program.”

  1. to improve cross-border and transshipment logistics services through the capacity development and accreditation of local Logistics Service Providers (LSPs) in the GMS economic corridors
  2. to decrease cross-border logistics cost, improve quality and timely services of local logistics service providers, and integrate local logistics providers into the sub-regional, regional and global logistics chains

to manage water resources in the Mekong - Tonle Sap region in a sustainable and integrated manner by applying legal tools developed by the MRC and appropriate planning

  1. the overall increase in fishery production in amount and quality.
  2. the growth of crop production thanks to better access to water for irrigation and reduced risk of flooding and drought.
  3. natural ecosystems can be conserved and prosperous livelihoods can be achieved thanks to the healthy water flow.

to increase availability (by developing the database) of and accessibility (by providing poor district offices with computers) of legal data

(Expected) Outcomes/Outputs
  1. availability of the legal data increase- database and web page would be developed for making legal data publicly available.
  2. accessibility increases- providing a computer to the poor districts in a view for increasing their capacity to access online legal data.
  3. all existing legislations in force in industry and commerce area collected, compiled and classified and uploaded in the database (around 700 legislations).
  4. 188 Local and central staffs will be trained.
